A lot of people know that college is the time to start to be serious about dating. Your parents aren’t around, and you can date whomever you want to. According to a survey by the Princeton Alumni Weekly, about 75% of alumni from Princeton marry each other.

2. Fire for the win

For each college, beating its rivals is the top priority when it comes to sports. Some football teams do some weird things to celebrate their wins. At Princeton, if they beat both Yale and Harvard — their top rival schools in the ivy league — they hold a celebratory bonfire.

The stress of college can get to anyone, especially during finals when you have to take the most important test of the class. Some students at Princeton take their studying a little too far, though. There have been numerous reports of people hearing “wailing, bellowing, and screeching” after studying for hours on any night in Holder Hall.

Among many famous alumni, Thornton Wilder is definitely one of the most successful people to graduate from Princeton. He graduated from Princeton in 1926 with a degree in French Literature. He then went on to study English and become an author and playwright.

5. Singing and dancing for over 100 years

Princeton’s Triangle Club has a fairly odd name for a song and dance group. The Triangle Club creates and performs an original musical comedy every year. The show is so amazing that they decided to start touring all over the United States. You can even buy tickets to go see them perform!
