Mitch Grassi and Scott Hoying — members of the five-part a cappella sensation Pentatonix — have done it again. The two roommates have a side-project YouTube channel called SUPERFRUIT, where the duo shame all of us mere mortals by displaying their insane musical talents in a variety of ways. Today’s treat* comes courtesy of their brilliant decision to arrange and sing hip-hop songs as if they were big Broadway numbers. The result is approximately three minutes of sheer genius. If you’re a theater nerd, then this is definitely the video for you. Heck, if you’re remotely interested in musicality at all, this is the video for you.
You’re welcome.
