Ever since I was a kid, I had a story inside me. A story that is desperate to leave the hollows of my chest and spread warmth throughout the world. To me it seems impossible that such a story can thrive and build inside such a dark place, but all I’ve ever wanted was to share the warmth that it seems to produce. This story knows its home is in the bound pages of a book on a shelf somewhere or a favorite in the mind of a lost soul. Because ever since I was a kid, I’ve wanted to make a world that the people of the earth could settle in happily. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve wanted to spread light and happiness through my story that so desperately wants to be heard.
Hannah Stengler is a small-town, 14-year-old Albertan girl, obsessed with finding something extraordinary. She has been writing for about 3 years as a way to explain her situation to a new extent. Hannah is usually found in her room either in too deep in a Netflix marathon of some kind, painting with her earphones cranked up as loud as they go, or reading whatever she can get her hands on.
