(Lauren Oliver reads chapter one of her novel Panic)
Lauren Oliver announced on her blog that she would be writing the screenplay for her popular young adult novel Panic. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Universal has acquired the film rights from HarperTeen.
“Panic is a novel about fear,” Oliver states in the above video.
Oliver is the author of books for adults, young adults, and children. Some of her novels include Rooms, the Delirium trilogy, and Liesl & Po. She is a former assistant editor for Razorbill and currently co-owns Paper Lantern Lit.
