“Adventure is out there!” he said to me.
I was bewildered. He stood dressed to the nines with a smile, and somehow he let me become his. He gestured towards the stars, shining through the thick clouds of the night, and there we were. We were soaring through the heavens, hand in hand, laughing at those we left behind. We flew right into a star, exploding and growing before my eyes into a gorgeous never-ending land. As we hovered over a blue sea, it was clear to me that this was only a dream by someone so naive… like me.
