I never imagined waking up happy on a foggy Monday morning until you
came along.
It’s just the sky seems really beautiful right now, and
I know that I am often as gloomy as the fog may seem,
but there are moments like these where the sky seems
really f***ing beautiful because
it reminds me of your smile.
I don’t know how else to explain the thoughts that are in the mind behind
these stormy eyes,
but I think your presence is what happiness feels like,
and I think your presence is what happiness tastes like,
and, oh God,
it is perfect.
My eyes seem to hold a lot of truth in them,
and I am trying to let the love seep through the broken bones
in my body.
I want you to know I crave you.
I want you to know I adore you.
I guess I’m just trying to tell you that there are sunsets and sunrises
on the shores of your eyes, and
I could spend forever standing by the water, drowning
in everything you are.
