Over time, we all tend to develop a number of bad habits, but we also develop a variety of good habits as we get older. Whatever has happened to make you feel like your life is falling apart, you have to remember one key thing: You cannot change the past, but you can change the future. Therefore, try to look positively toward the future, and make some plans so that you have something to work toward. This could include plans to save up for a holiday to help you relax, plans to go to college and learn something new, or plans to look into a change of career.
