SoulPancake has done it again. My stress levels diminished some just by watching this video.

I tend to have a mental list of all I need to do that stays in the back of my mind throughout the day, and this list nags at me and tends to leave me stressed out.

This video was a great reminder that sometimes we just need to take a moment, clear our minds, and find enjoyment in something that will take our minds off of our problems, at least for a little while.

Stress can be bad for both our mental and physical health, so take a few moments today to stop, breathe, and smile.
